JVIS Acquires TMD to Expanding Range, Capacity and Molding Capabilities 

JVIS announces the acquisition of Toledo Molding & Die (TMD), a manufacturer of injection and blow molded thermoplastic components for the global automotive industry.

This acquisition significantly increases JVIS’s manufacturing capacity and further strengthens its established expertise in injection and blow molding. It also adds more than 600 associates and five additional manufacturing and warehouse facilities while expanding JVIS operations into Ohio, marking a key geographic growth milestone for the company.

TMD brings additional scale, equipment, and strategically located facilities that enhance JVIS’s ability to support customers with high-quality, high-volume production. The company has been a trusted partner to major global OEMs, with robust in-house capabilities across product development, prototyping, tooling, and testing.
