JVIS and Fergas Announce Strategic Agreement to Jointly Develop and Market Seat Ventilation Technology
Detroit, USA & Linköping, Sweden – June 27, 2025 – JVIS-USA, LLC and Fergas Group AB are pleased to announce a joint development and marketing agreement. The agreement highlights a joint commitment to driving innovation and working together to help our customers succeed.
This strategic collaboration brings together JVIS’ expertise in automotive interior components, including electronics, air ducts, heated surfaces and seat system integration, with Fergas’ proven capabilities in air movement technology. This next-generation, globally competitive, and modular seat ventilation solution will be achieved by combining JVIS’ CoreVent™ and Fergas’ AirBlaster™ technologies enhancing a complete portfolio of comfort products that integrates seamlessly into our broader seat comfort platform.
